Iain Duncan Smith (Former Secretary Of State For Work And Pensions) – £1.3 Million

Frequently known by his initials, IDS, British legislator Ian Smith functioned as Conservative Party Leader and Chairman of the Opposition from 2001 to 2003. Between 2010 and 2016, he served as the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions. The politician had also represented the constituency of Chingford and Woodford Green in Parliament since 1992.

He joined the Scots Guards in 1975 and served until 1981, during which time he attended HMS Conway and the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. He ran for the seat of Bradford West in 1987 and lost, but he finally won the election five years later, in 1992.
