Especially when the tennis ball is served with great force from across the court by an opponent who is determined to win against you. In most cases, it causes a concussion which can be dangerous if they are not recognized. The symptoms of a concussion can present 24 to 48 hours after getting hit. These symptoms can include nausea, headache, dizziness, or a feeling of confusion.
