Adam Conover: Grocery Bagger
Before on-screen fame came, the much fitter Adam Conover of the popular show “Adam Ruins Everything” was working at a King Kullen supermarket. The Long Island grocery store gave him his first job as a grocery bagger, where Conover also tried to talk to customers about their meal choices.
However, “The Crystal Maze” host recalls that his advice on food choices didn’t impress his bosses, who stopped him from “bothering customers.” The board member of the Writers Guild of America West since 2021 became a successful comedian, TV host, voice actor, and writer. Conover graced our screens in “The G Word with Adam Conover” on Netflix in 2022.
