De wereldwijd geliefde comedy actrice Reese Witherspoon, besloot om bij het begin van de corona pandemie een nieuw pand aan te kopen, samen met haar echtgenoot Jim Toth en hun kinderen Ava, Deacon en Tennessee. Ze liet daarbij haar oog vallen op een pand met zeven slaapkamers in Brentwood. Het prijskaartje van bijna 16 miljoen dollar was voor haar in ieder geval geen beletsel, want met haar vele rollen heeft ze al een aardig fortuin verzameld. De slaapkamer van het koppel is voorzien van een hoge plafond en in de woning zijn er twee suites voorzien voor hun huisbedienden. Buiten is er ook een zoutwater zwembad aangelegd. Vanop haar terras en het balkon kan ze bij zonsondergang lekker genieten van de grote tuin en heeft ze meer dan voldoende ruimte om de vele gasten te ontvangen.
