WESLEY SNEIJDER – VOETBALLER – UTRECHT, € 5.500/MAAND
Ongeveer drie jaar geleden nam Wesley Sneijder afscheid van het professionele voetbal als speler. Hij was één van de sterspelers van onder andere Ajax, Real Madrid, Internazionale en Galatasaray. Ook bij het elftal van Oranje kreeg hij heel wat bekijks. Hij speelde er meer dan 130 wedstrijden en vond 31 keer de weg naar het doel. Het is geen geheim dat hij zijn respectievelijke clubs heel wat geld opleverde en er natuurlijk zijn deeltje van kreeg. Met dat geld keerde hij na zijn actieve loopbaan terug naar zijn geboortestad Utrecht en kon er een flat op de kop tikken die zich heel dicht bij het stadion bevindt. Voor de aardige som van 5500 euro per maand mag hij het zijn nieuwe thuis noemen. Naast een ondergrondse garage, een fitness en 150 vierkante meter met balkon, is zijn appartement voorzien van alle moderne snufjes.
