Anson Williams rose to prominence in the mid-’70s due to his iconic performance in the television sitcom “Happy Days.” By the ’90s, he was more passionate about working behind the lens, directing various TV series.

Some of you may be surprised to learn that he directed “Lizzie McGuire,” “Beverly Hills,” “90210,” and “Sabrina the Teenage Witch.” Though the talented filmmaker hasn’t done many series or films recently, he occasionally makes appearances as a guest on various shows. From 2008 to 2013, he directed the TV series “The Secret Life of the American Teenager,” and in 2021, he directed “Viral Vignettes.”
