Rachel Hazes – 53 Jaar
Rachel Hazes, de derde echtgenote en weduwe van Nederland’s geliefde volkszanger André Hazes, werd in 2004 in rouw achtergelaten. Ondanks haar verdriet speelde Rachel een enorme rol in het organiseren van talrijke winstgevende evenementen ter ere van haar overleden echtgenoot. ‘Holland Zingt Hazes’ en ‘Een Rondje Hazes’ leverden aanzienlijke inkomsten op, en dan hebben we het nog niet eens over ‘Hij Gelooft In Mij’. Deze musical, die liep van 2012 tot 2015, was een populaire aanloop naar de daaropvolgende film ‘Bloed, Zweet & Tranen’. En als blijk van haar vastberadenheid verscheen Rachel in 2018 in de realityshow van haar zoon, na André’s dood. Alles bij elkaar opgeteld, heeft André Hazes ervoor gezorgd dat zijn overlevende familieleden niet in financiële nood verkeren.
