David Blunkett (The House Of Lords Member) – £820K

British Liberal Party politician David Blunkett served as a constituent of the House of Lords since 2015, after having participated as the MP for Sheffield Brightside and Hillsborough from 1987 to 2015. He was born into poverty in one of Sheffield’s worst areas, but after Labor’s 1997 campaign triumph, he progressed to the position of Education and Employment Secretary.

As a result of the general vote in 2001, he was elevated to the post of Home Secretary, which he maintained until 2004. Furthermore, in the wake of the 2005 general election, he was named Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, a position he held until later that year.
