Neil Kinnock (Vice-President Of The European Commission) – £7.4 Million

Neil Kinnock, a well-known British Labor Party member, was a legislator from 1970 to 1995. He served as the Opposition Leader and Labor Party Leader from 1983 to 1992 and as the Vice President of the European Commission from 1999 to 2004.

Despite having the advantage over John Major’s Conservative administration in most opinion surveys, he guided his party to a shocking fourth straight loss during the 1992 general election. He stepped down as its leader soon after, and John Smith won the following poll. In 1995, he resigned from the House of Commons to take a position as a European Commissioner.
