Between Keeping Up With The Kardashians and her multiple social media account with millions of followers, almost all of Kim Kardashian West’s life ends up on camera. So, fans know quite a bit about her celebrity weight loss journey. In 2015, following the birth of her second child with husband Kanye West, Kardashian decided to once again lose the baby weight in the blink of an eye.
As you might imagine, Kardashian West has an incredibly intense fitness and diet regimen. It beings with her alarm at 4:30 A.M. to train at 6:00 A.M. with celebrity trainer Don Brooks. She also follows the Atkins diet, severely limiting carb intake. As a result, Kardashian West has lost 70 pounds and weights even less than her pre-baby weight!
