As soon as she heard Carr’s story, Jenny Lamey invited the young man inside. In fact, she offered to give him a meal and allow him to nap in one of her beds. However, believe it or not, Carr declined. Incredibly, he actually replied, “No, I’d rather get started.” That’s right!
In short time, the other movers from Bellhops Moving arrived, and the three got to work moving the Lameys into a new home across town. Throughout the entire process, Lamey did not hear Carr complain a single time.
