While it took him a little bit of time, Carr found his way back to his planned-out route. Once again, his walk had begun. However, this time around, he had a belly full of Whataburger and had enjoyed a nice break off his feet.
Then, as Carr walked down a two-lane highway, another police car pulled up alongside. It was Officer Scott Duffey, who had heard about the young man from Officer Knighten!
