Gradually, Smith’s body started reacting weirdly to the situation it was put in. The skin around her neck started to burn and this made her feel concerned at first. They were contacted and told to produce more, to facilitate a faster transformation for Smith. She managed an incredible feat for herself around five years later when her journey led her to wear a grand total of 13 brass rings on her neck. The average length of a neck is around four inches, but hers was significantly longer around 10 inches.
