Service Ponies Are a Thing

How have these passengers managed to take a pony inside an airplane? Well, it turns out ponies are (like dogs) among the few species that can be officially considered service animals! According to the Great Plains ADA Center, ponies that have been specifically trained to help individuals with disabilities are seen as service animals by the law.

As stated by Tree Huger, Ponies make great service animals because they have good manners, a long lifespan, a calm nature, they are cost-effective, they have a great memory, a focused demeanor, and they’re extremely adaptable to any situation—yes, even traveling by airplane.
