According to The Hill, Pokémon is one of the world’s 10 most valuable media franchises. Pikachu and his friends have generated revenue of over $100 billion since the mid-’90s. The smartphone game “Pokémon Go” alone has over 70 million active users, and that’s just a tiny piece of the Pokémon puzzle.

Pokémon is such a popular Japanese cultural symbol that All Nippon Airways even created a series of aircraft known as Pokémon Jet. The exterior looks wild enough, but wait until you see the interior decorated with various Pokémon-related themes. These are now operated by Japan’s low-budget company Skymark Airlines.
