Ilka wirbelte mit Erich Klann bei „Let’s Dance“ über die Tanzfläche. Sie war bereit für ein gesünderes, aktiveres Leben und verlor 16 Zentimeter Bauchumfang, aber es sollte noch mehr kommen.
“Jetzt habe ich mir ein Fahrrad gekauft und für mich ist es angenehmer, alles mit dem Fahrrad zu machen, wo man vorher mit dem E-Bike oder dem Auto gefahren ist.” Aber auch die Ernährung spielt für die gelernte Köchin eine größere Rolle. “Ich habe auch angefangen, meine Ernährung umzustellen und darauf geachtet, dass man gut kocht, dass man sich gesund ernährt.”
