Zweite Chance! Kevin Costner und Christine Baumgartner haben sich zwar in den 80er Jahren kennengelernt, aber es dauerte Jahre, bis aus ihrer Verbindung mehr wurde.
Der Schauspieler war zuvor von 1978 bis 1994 mit Cindy Silva verheiratet. Im Jahr 1999 kreuzten sich die Wege von Costner und Baumgartner erneut, bevor sie offiziell zusammen kamen. Nach vier gemeinsamen Jahren trennte sich das Paar kurzzeitig. Costner und Baumgartner gaben sich 2014 das Ja-Wort und haben drei gemeinsame Kinder. Der Filmemacher gab zu, dass seine Familie ihn dazu gebracht hat, sein Leben mehr zu schätzen. Auch wenn sie in der Vergangenheit einige Schwierigkeiten gab scheint es nun doch endlich für die beiden geklappt zu haben!
