While Terry knew that Anna would love whatever he brought her, he wanted to ensure that the necklace was more than just a simple gift. So, he decided to create a hidden chamber inside the necklace. There, Terry placed an incredibly important surprise. Afterward, he carefully hid any clues to the fact that the necklace could be opened.
To ensure that Anna would not look for the surprise until he wanted to reveal it, Terry also added a shell to the front of the necklace to distract Anna. That would work…right? The young man would soon find out, as the night of their one-year anniversary quickly approached!
