At first, Anna felt quite confused at everything she had just seen. After all, in the span of just a few seconds, Anna had seen Terry whip out a knife, split open her favorite necklace, and pull out an engagement ring. I think we can all understand her confusion!
And Anna is the first to admit it: she felt a little angry, after the confusion subsided. She wondered how Terry could have hidden something for so long and how he could have trusted her not to accidentally hurt the impressive engagement ring. This is precisely what Terry had been worried about! However, it was too late to stop now! So, taking a deep breath, he asked Anna the most important question of their lives: “Will you marry me?”
