Meet the Stunning FIFA World Cup Fans Putting the ‘Beautiful’ in “Beautiful Game”

Germany

We’ve already established that the German people are crazy about soccer and that their teams tend to perform brilliantly in the FIFA World Cup. But there’s another special World-Cup honor reserved for the Germans. After all, they’re the nation that produced Miroslav Klose, a former striker who’s the top scorer in the history of the competition.

Klose leads the chart with a whopping 16 World-Cup goals, one more than the runner-up Ronaldo (the former Brazilian striker, not Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo). To have a better perspective of how impressive Klose’s feat is, one must keep in mind that the legendary Pelé scored “only” 12 World Cup goals.
