Twan Huys – 2 miljoen euro
Twan Huys ging na zijn studies in de journalistiek aan de slag bij Regionale Omroep Zuid, maar ruilde die job al gauw in voor een stek bij Stad Radio Amsterdam en Vara. Van daar ging het naar het actualiteitenprogramma NOVA waar hij bijna twintig jaar doorbracht en uiteindelijk ook bij de opvolger Nieuwsuur van NPO. Hij verdiende er toen goed zijn brood, met een jaarloon van ongeveer 185.000 EUR, maar in 2018 koos hij toch voor een rol als presentator van RTL Late Night, waar hij zowaar een miljoen euro per jaar zou verdienen. Na tegenvallende kijkcijfers, hield hij echter de eer aan zichzelf en keerde terug naar de publiek omroep om waar hij weer in zijn oude rol zal stappen van Amerika-deskundige. Ondertussen is ook KRO-NCRV een werkgever die op zijn cv komt te staan. Alles samen wordt zijn vermogen op een 2 miljoen euro geschat.
