Emanuel found the little piece of paper inside a plastic bag, tucked at the very back of the safe. Carefully, he opened the plastic bag and unfolded the note. To his surprise, Emanuel found a name and address on it! Now, he had a way to track down the owner of the same.
Of course, that’s not to say that Emanuel didn’t have a few second thoughts. We all would! The homeowner knew that if he tracked down the original owner of the safe, he would undoubtedly need to give the treasure back. Still, Emanuel knew he could never live with himself if he kept the treasure without attempting to give it back. So, he turned on his computer and started trying to hunt down the owner of the safe!
