At one point or another, most of us have daydreamed of finding a cache of buried treasure, like something out of an Indiana Jones film. Of course, most of us are not lucky enough to go on such an adventure. However, Matthew Emanuel, a man from Staten Island, is one of the lucky few – he found a locked safe buried in his backyard! That’s right!
At first, Emanuel assumed that the rusted box was nothing more than a garden electrical cabinet. But, when Emanuel and his family started some renovations on their home, they discovered the truth! And what they found in the safe would trigger a chain of events that would bring the police right to the Emanuels’ front door…
