Imagine witnessing this in your local gym: someone holding massive weights on their shoulders, all while balancing on a giant bouncy ball. You would probably immediately call someone over! To make matters worse, the person behind them is acting as though they could do anything. All the spotter could do is call the hospital when his friend hits the ground. Still, it seems as though the other gym visitors are not fazed by this odd routine!
Again: do not try this at home – or the gym! This is a surefire way to end up in a full-body cast. And, if you ever see this in a gym, don’t take pictures. Who knows, you might have to present them in court during the insurance trial!
