There are all sorts of lazy people in this world, but some are much grosser and more inconsiderate than others. Take this person, for example. They decided to store their leftover food not in a Tupperware, but in the packet in which they came. While it might save on dishes, it’s more than a little lazy. They didn’t even bother to close the top! And, while they might be enjoying vegetables, it does not seem very healthy to leave them open like that in the fridge.
Looking at how lazily this person put away their food, we have to wonder if they even own food storage containers, to begin with. Hopefully, someone teaches them a lesson by leaving a note or simply throwing away the food!

But it’s really the lone tire in the back holding down the deflated Santa Claus that truly brings the whole picture of laziness together. What do you do when someone in your family shames your wrapping skills? You show them what you are truly capable of! At least, that’s what one Reddit user did. You see, he no longer wraps his gifts. Instead, he simply prints a piece of paper with the words’ Wrapping Paper’ and sticks it on top of a cardboard box. We’ll let you decide: laziness or pure ingenuity?

It’s truly incredible the lengths some people will go to in order to remain comfortable. Take this man, for example, who felt that a regular motorized wheelchair severely lacked in the comfort department. So, he decided to install a set of wheels and motor into his old Lazy Boy. Now, he can just back away from the television and head to the store or bank!
While it might have all stemmed from laziness, this man must have worked on his invention, and we applaud him for it! Talk about riding around in style. There’s no question that he’s the coolest older gentlemen in his town!
An Encyclopedia of Information
A zoo seems like one of the last places where workers could become lazy. After all, they have plenty to do, and if they don’t do it, there are some serious repercussions. No one likes sick or cranky animals! Plus, the public will likely feel outraged at any animals not well taken care of.
However, this zoo’s employees decided it simply did not have the time – or knowledge – to make infographics on their own. Or they were just incredibly lazy! Whatever the reason, as you can see, they just decided to print out the Wikipedia pages on the animals, instead of making signs. We’ll give them the benefit of the doubt: hopefully, these are just placeholders!
The Very Signature Of Laziness
While some do not give much thought into their signature, one’s John Hancock is one of the most important things in the entire world. That’s right! In the era of fraud and identity theft over the internet, one’s signature must remain unique and hard-to-copy. Otherwise, you might find checks with your signature that you never signed!
Apparently, this woman tennis player did not get that memo. It seems she does not care at all about the risks of such a scribbled signature – laziness has taken over! Even the busiest people in the world have the time for better signatures. There really are no excuses!
Hedging Your Bets
It’s the eternal question: what came first, the car or the grass? Inspecting the picture closely, it certainly looks as though the grass grew up around that car. Who could leave a perfectly good vehicle behind with no intention of moving it? We would love to know what made the owner think the car belonged in his lawn, not on the road! Laziness, probably.
While his neighbors must hate the look of the car, we really feel bad for any car maintenance men who walk or drive by every day. They know how much that car’s worth. Instead of fixing up the car, though, the lazy owner simply lets it sit in the lawn. There’s also clearly no Homeowners’ Association here – they’d never let something like that stand!
“Someone Else Will Fix It”
How could anyone let this happen? Moreover, who’s truly at fault? On the one hand, someone could have started painting the yellow in the wrong spot and decided to go through with it. On the other hand, it’s also possible that someone simply installed the stone marker incorrectly. Whichever way you look at it, it’s clearly the second person’s laziness that caused the issues, and the parking lot now looks horrible thanks to this lazy job!
Also, there’s now a more significant, knock-on problem: where do we park? In between the lines or in front of the stone marker? We hope whoever worked on this parking lot keeps far away from any construction projects in the future…
Introducing The Quad-Mower
Just ask anyone with a large property: mowing the lawn is no easy task! Depending on how big the garden is, it might take all morning to clear away the overgrown grass. As they say, “modern problems require modern solutions.” These fellas genuinely understand that!
These young men decided to work together to mow the lawn. One hopped on the quad bike, the other handled their lawnmower – and it worked out perfectly! While this might look like laziness, we think that few would be able to recreate its effectiveness. But don’t try this at home, though!

For those who don’t know, almost all drive-thrus will only serve those in vehicles. So, for those that are hungry and on foot outside of business hours, you’re out of luck! However, these ladies have figured out quite the workaround with their brilliant minds.
Of course, joining the drive-thru in their motorized wheelchairs also allows them to skip the queue inside. If we were to see this at our local Arby’s, we wouldn’t even feel mad! This is simply a fantastic idea. Why haven’t more people thought of it? After all, you don’t need a license for one of those motorized wheelchairs!
Walking Is Too Mainstream These Days
Well, she’s done it! This mom has solved a massive problem for tired mothers all over the world. Of course, babies require lots of fresh air and stimulation. That’s why you should take them for a walk or run in the stroller every day. However, parents, especially those with other children, can feel quite tired. So, this smart mom figure out a way to push the stroller around without exerting much energy!
As a result, this mother created what we think might become the next biggest sport: stroller hoverboarding! Who knows, maybe it will end up in the Olympics one day?
Tempting Laziness…
Attention people who hate doing dishes: we have quite the laziness innovation for you! Next time, instead of grabbing a cereal bowl, just pour the milk into the bag. This new level of laziness seems straight out of the college kid handbook. Certainly would be good for all-night study sessions!
However, there are some new hazards when eating cereal and milk out of a bag. Namely, beware of holes in the bag, or else you’ll have milk all over your notes and computer. We’re certainly not too shy to admit it – we might try this with some cartoon this weekend!

Is this a sign of childhood laziness or the work of one of the funniest kids of all time? Kids do say – and do – the darndest things, after all. One of them realized that not everything in life needs to become a mission if you remain on your toes!
A true artist, this kid decided to leave much to the imagination with this picture. Instead, they attached some crayons, taping on the colors they would have used to color in the chili. Surely, the judges had to stop in awe at how much this picture had to say.
Tag vs. Man
Most of us decide to take even the most stubborn of stickers off our apples. However, this person simply chose not to put effort into removing it – they just ate around it! Apparently, they don’t care about the large portion of fruit wasted as a result.
While we understand that some fruit labels can be hard to take off, there’s really no excuse for this laziness. Plus, if they had time to grab a plate from the kitchen, they almost certainly had time to grab a knife and cut around the sticker. Thankfully someone caught this lazy person red-handed and put them on the internet for all to see.

Car headlight smashed? Well, here’s a creative solution that will almost certainly not work. This lazy-but-genius person used an old plastic Coke bottle to fix their light! At a glance, it certainly looks like a reasonable substitute for glass. Hey, when you don’t have the money to pay for a car fix, you need to come up with unique solutions!
And, in all honesty, if the light still works, it’s all well and good! Just remember that plastic melts, so even if you feel awestruck by this fantastic idea, do not try recreating it at home. Plus, the cops are very unlikely to believe that your coke bottle is up to code.
Vacuum MacGyver
Some moments of laziness end up resulting in instances of pure genius, such as the young gentleman pictured here. With this vacuum cleaner setup, he’s managed to collect the shirt he dropped, all without actually heading downstairs. That’s pretty impressive!
The image reminds us quite a bit of ’80s television hero MacGyver, who always managed to save the day with just a few items, like gum and paperclips, and a little creative thinking. Okay, this man might not be quite as smart as MacGyver, he’s still pretty clever! Now we know what to do the next time our clothes fall down a story or two.
Trash Drive-Out
Let’s face it, almost all of us detest taking out the trash. Between the foul smell and the cold winter air, it’s just horrible! As such, it should come as no surprise that lazy people everywhere try and find ways around taking the garbage out. Some take it out when they head out to work, while others do it right before bed. This guy had another solution in mind…
Instead of simply walking his trash to the road, this young man hoped in his car and drove down his driveway, wheeling the garbage with him. Though, with such a long driveway, we can certainly understand hopping in the car. Even so, this still might be the height of laziness.

While there are some who have legitimate reasons to use moving stairs, most of us use them because we’re lazy. We could find the regular stairs – but we don’t want to! But, apparently, this puppy needed to take things to a whole new level of laziness. His owner needed to carry him up the escalator.
After this photo hit the internet, many called this dog the “Laziest Dog Ever.” However, we think that this dog might deserve a free pass. Plenty of dogs feel scared of escalators and need a little extra help. Either way, this fluffy friend earns plenty of points just for being so cute!
Rolling Out A Hysterical Picture
Come on lazy people, it only takes two minutes to change a toilet roll! You throw away the empty roll, grab a new one, and slide it in. It’s that simple! However, that’s still too much of a chore for some, apparently. If you have already gone through the trouble of trapping a new roll, you might as well throw away the other one!
Hey, at least they got a new roll. Some would not have even gone that far! Plus, the lazy person also managed to hang the roll in the right direction, another point in their favor. Still, hopefully, the next person is more considerate than this one!

As you can clearly see, whoever installed this soap dispenser did not care one lick about placing it correctly. Instead, they put it right over the sign encouraging employees to wash their hands. Now, thanks to this person’s laziness, employees might not remember to wash their hands!
Thankfully, this seems like a construction site or similar type of venue, so handwashing might not be the utmost concern. However, if this is in any sort of eating establishment or hospital, someone needs to fix that as soon as possible. Hopefully, that’s precisely what the man in the yellow vest is there to remedy!

Everyone knows, going up and down stairs multiple times a day requires some serious strength and energy. It’s quite literally a workout people do at the gym! So, if there’s a way to avoid the trips, a lazy person will find it. This family felt tired of heading downstairs every time they needed to throw away a bottle. So, they created quite an ingenious solution!
Now, instead of taking a trip to the basement, they just toss the trash in the pipe, which leads right to the trash can! Laziness can inspire all sorts of ways to make life easier, and this is one of the best. Just one question: what happens when a piece of trash becomes stuck in the middle?

Oh, look. Another person who just can’t bring themselves to put the trash away in the can. This image quickly inflamed the internet upon release, since the garbage is right there! Most of us think it’s only fitting to clean up after ourselves properly. However, this lazy person apparently had different ideas!
We’re sure this person could come up with plenty of reasons why they didn’t throw away their trash, like they were in a hurry. But, whatever the reason, it’s just irresponsible. We hope they somehow learn their lesson and start to keep the environment clean!

Back in the day, long before the computer mouse evolved to the incredible piece of laser-powered equipment it is today, the gadgets had little balls underneath to make movement easier. As the ball would gather dust and scratch up the desk, manufacturers recommended using it on top of a mousepad. Now you see what happens if you didn’t!
Well, this young man found out the hard way to buy a mousepad. Thankfully, after he procrastinated to the point of several damaging his desk, he decided to post a picture online to warn others. Hopefully, others will avoid a similar fate, thanks to his hilarious photos!
Because Throwing Stuff Away Is Too Much Work
Let’s do the math: the total time it takes to grab an empty bottle of shampoo, take it to the nearby trashcan, and throw it away can only hover around 20 seconds, give or take. Yet, lazy people have this bizarre aversion to throwing the empty bottles away – why?
Of course, this only makes it that much harder for those of us who don’t know better, reach for the bottle, and find it empty! At this point, they should make it a law that all the empty shampoo bottles need to be thrown away within two days, or else cold showers for a week!

This family seems to have no limits when it comes to their laziness. In fact, that’s still something of an understatement! When this family ran out of toilet paper, one of the brilliant minds suggested, “why don’t we just use tissues? It’s still paper, right?” And, instead of kicking them out of the house, the rest of the family seems to have agreed to follow the plan.
We seriously hope that the family simply used the tissues as toilet paper until they could run to the store. Or, perhaps this was during the Great Toilet Paper Shortage of 2020? If that’s the case, we completely understand.
A Gift Dilemma
Most of the time, when you’re giving someone a gift, it’s normal to wrap it up neatly, perhaps with a nice bow. Wrapping paper not only helps create suspense, but also shows that you thought of every part of the gift. Of course, this is not a rule that has been set down in stone. So, some people, like this gift giver, decide to follow a different path.
While many might feel that it’s rude not to wrap a present, some feel the opposite. They argue that, if it’s already encased for shipping, all the colorful wrapping paper just ends up going to waste. We’re all trying to save the environment – minimal use of paper and plastic is the way to go!
Normal People See Cupcake Liners…
It’s truly up to you whether this is incredible laziness or amazing wisdom. While enjoying their favorite cookie, this person decided to pour their milk into a cupcake liner instead of a cup or mug. No need to explain! We all understand how tedious doing dishes can feel, especially late at night. Even more so after cookies and milk have perfectly prepped you for bed. Why not reduce the workload, right?

Whoever came up with this contraption certainly needs to earn the title of Lazies Engineer of the Year. Everyone knows how tiring holding up a phone can, but few solutions actually work. That is, until this person discovered the perfect holding device – on a hotel wall, no less!
Without any additional equipment, this person managed to wedge their phone perfectly into a slot on their hotel wall. Now they can use it as a night light or enjoy a movie while lying down, all without holding a phone up. No wonder the photo went viral went it hit social media!
Sleeping Beauty
Even with the quickest glance, you can almost certainly tell that there’s no way this young lady feels comfortable in her sleeping position. Catching up on sleep on the couch is a time-honored tradition. However, using some sort of cup or bottle instead of a pillow is not!
Now, it would be one thing if they were camping and there was nothing else. But they are clearly in her or a friend’s home, and she has a blanket. There must be a pillow around there somewhere – she’s even laying on some! Hopefully, she still found a way to catch up on her desperately needed zzz’s…
Irresponsible Humans
You know those sites that just make you wonder, “what was that person thinking?” Well, this is one of those. Not everyone’s as environmentally conscious as the next, which is understandable. However, it’s another to see a sign about throwing things away correctly and purposefully choosing to ignore it! This person could have dumped the banana peel properly in the trashcan, but instead decided to place it on top of the trash can.
One thing’s for sure, though: whoever did that is clearly not a clean freak. A neat freak would never allow trash to sit like that! Hopefully, this person learned their lesson later in life…

While this family could have easily put their trash outside by the trash can, they’ve decided to go an easier route. Instead, they’ve decided to make a trash tower right beside their front door. That’s right.

They might as well have pilled it up on top of the car in the driveway! Why even bother putting it in the trash in the first place? Why not just chuck it onto the floor?

Yes, there’s an easy way to avoid doing dishes tonight for dinner: just eat directly from the pan! Of course, most of us have tasted food from the stove before. After all, how else can you check the flavor of cooking? But pulling up a pot at the dinner table – well, that’s new. But hey, who cares if no one else is around?
Plus, saving on dishes also saves on water. So, strangely, this person’s laziness is also saving the world. How great! Still, while this is certainly greener, we hope that the inventor does not make a regular habit out of it. It’s probably better just to learn to wash dishes.

This photo proves that they do not care if the eggs break or remain in good shape. “You can always buy more,” we’d bet they’d say.
Those who want the world to run in an orderly fashion absolutely hate photos like this. Meanwhile, for the lazy folks out there, pictures like this just give them new ideas on how to put the eggs away quickly. Listen: the proper process is really not as challenging as it seems!
Multi-Purpose Shampoo
Nobody likes washing the dishes. To some, it is synonymous with dirty water, bad smells, and no space to put everything that has been lying around the basin for days.
Grabbing whatever you can get your hands on that is soapy and smells good, is not a bad idea to wash dishes with. The truth here is that the person is not as lazy as it was made out. At least the worst part is being done, which is actually making time and putting effort into washing the dishes. One would rather have a clean kitchen right away than delaying with the dishes until you have the right soap.
No Time To Waste
For most of us, recycling is a compulsory thing, but it isn’t always that easy to comply with. Or just maybe we can meet the rule halfway.
There are very few things that are as frustrating as a full rubbish bin when you want to dispose of your trash. The majority of people would do the exact same thing as the person has done in the picture. The idea is that they still know where it belongs, it is just somewhat impossible at that time to do anything else than just placing the can there. This is definitely a definition of laziness, but it’s a global thing.
When You Get Carried Away
In this day and age, people get distracted a lot by what is going on around them. So, it is true that some people start with something and then just plainly forget what they were busy with and get on to the next thing that pops up in front of them. That doesn’t necessarily mean that they are lazy.
