Ondertussen is het wereldberoemde koppel Michael Douglas en Catherine Zeta-Jones al bijna 22 jaar gehuwd. Het optrekje uit 1930 is in georgiaanse stijl opgetrokken en telt acht slaapkamers, tien badkamers, een fitnessruimte, een hobbykamer en een binnenzwembad. Alhoewel dat nog steeds best imposant kan genoemd worden, is het al een stukje kleiner dan het pand dat ze wat verderop in bezit hadden en van de hand deden.
