As you might already know, rosé is a very popular wine, similar in taste to champagne. Now, Hallmark Channel’s new rosé seltzer will be even more champagne-like with tons of bubbles. Named Cheers, the company’s new drink has a “blend of citrus and strawberry notes” and comes in a 4-pack or 12-pack of cans. So, it is not only perfect for a Hallmark Channel Christmas marathon, but also for taking out for a day on the lake or in the backyard. Meanwhile, each can of Cheers Rosé Seltzer has 137 calories, 2.5 grams of sugar, and 8.4% alcohol. So watch out!

Believe it or not, this is not the card-company-turned-TV-channel’s first wine. That’s right! Hallmark will also release “Jingle,” a cabernet sauvignon with notes of holiday spices and chocolate, as well as “Joy,” a sauvignon blanc with notes of tropical fruits, like peaches and pineapple. Finally, there’s the “Love Red Blend,” which tastes like black and blueberries. With these four releases, you can always find the perfect pairing for your Hallmark Channel movie marathon!

However, there’s still one question…how do they taste?

Choosing Between Wine And Seltzer

So, how does the new Cheers Rosé Seltzer taste? Well, Marnie Shure at The Takeout got to try some of Hallmark’s new wine-seltzer hybrid and said it has “all the very best parts of a good hard seltzer: it’s light, features pronounced fruity notes, and doesn’t linger on your palate.” And, despite what wine-lovers might think, the combo is not a bad thing, at least according to Shure. “Each sip carries the intense and unmistakable flavor of wine, but immediately upon swallowing, that flavor gets the hell out of the way,” she explains. “A beverage with all the best parts of sparkling wine and seltzer means you don’t have to choose.”

Does Cheers Rosé Seltzer from the Hallmark Channel sound good to you? Well, you can grab the packs of cans soon, as it will be out around the holidays! You can use the company’s website to order directly, or find what retailers near you will carry all of the wines. If you really like the sound of Cheers Rosé Seltzer, go ahead and pre-order the drinks on Hallmark’s website, as you’ll earn an excellent 10% off coupon!
