Für lange Zeit hatte Valeria standhaft behauptet, dass das einzige, was an ihr nicht natürlich ist, ihre Brüste und ihr gefärbtes Haar seien. Dann, nach einigen Jahren, begann Lukyanova langsam, wenn auch nur indirekt, zuzugeben, dass sie einige etwas kompliziertere und gefährlichere Eingriffe hatte vornehmen lassen. Damit soll nun allerdings Schluss sein. Lukyanova sagt heute, dass sie ihren Körper nicht weiter durch Operationen verändern möchte. Obwohl sie nun, zumindest teilweise, zugegeben hat, dass sie sich unters Messer gelegt hat, um ihr ungewöhnliches Aussehen zu erreichen, hält sie jedoch weiterhin fest an ihrem spirituellen Glauben fest.
