As always, Courtney Cadigan returned to the table where the police officer sat a few minutes after he left, to clean up the dishes and grab the bill. Most of the time, this part of the pregnant waitress’ job was pretty straightforward: clean the table, pick up the check, and collect the tip. But, this time around, things did not go normally at all…
When Cadigan picked up the check, she noticed that the mysterious police officer had left her a message on his receipt. A statement so powerful that the waitress immediately burst into tears and ran to her manager!
