Whether you’ve heard him crooning “Tiny Dancer” or seen him immortalized in the film “The Rocketman,” Sir Elton John is not one to miss. He’s made a lasting impact on the music scene. With a five-decade-long career in entertainment, John has managed to amass a considerable fortune worth £370 million.

The fabulous singer has also made significant contributions to the LGBTQIA+ community. By openly coming out, John helped champion gay rights. Every year, he hosts a star-studded Academy Awards party dedicated to raising money for AIDS. It’s a cause very close to his heart and one he has been actively involved with since the late ’80s.

Piers Morgan – £17 Million

Controversial and fiery news presenter Piers Morgan has managed to ruffle quite a few feathers in his career as a journalist. He has also diversified his income streams and been a judge on several seasons of the reality show “America’s Got Talent.” In 2021, his criticism of Meghan Markle met widespread outrage, and he left “Good Morning Britain.”

All his controversies have led the TV personality to earn more and more, leading some to speculate that Morgan has amassed a fortune worth several hundred million pounds. The actual numbers are much more conservative, though. According to sources, experts estimate the opinionated figure is worth roughly £17 million.

Kelly Macdonald – £6.7 Million

Kelly Mcdonald has starred in several iconic movies like “Trainspotting” and “No Country For Old Men,” but she won the audience by starring in “Boardwalk Empire.” This BBC crime-drama series received 57 Emmy Nominations with a nod towards this Scottish powerhouse for Best Supporting Actor for playing Margaret Thompson, the wife of a mafia boss.

Mcdonald is reportedly worth £6.7 million, almost double that of her husband Dougie Payne, a bassist for the rock band Travis. She is also a much-loved figure among children for starring in “Nanny McPhee,” the “Harry Potter” films series, and voicing the Scottish princess Merida in Disney’s “Brave.”

Holmes expanded beyond TV to radio, where he presented “The Eammon Holmes show.” This Irish broadcaster has tried his hand at writing, scribbling down his thoughts in a column for People’s Newspaper and publishing an autobiography, “This is MY Life,” in 2006. He is estimated to be worth £4.2 million.

Call it fate or coincidence, Eammon Holmes would pursue the same profession as the man he’d been named after, Eammon Andrews, a TV presenter. In his long career, he has most notably co-hosted “Sky News Sunrise” from 2005-2016. He and his wife, Ruth Holmes, have also partnered on-screen to co-host “This Morning.”

Jonathan Ross – £30 Million

Jonathan Ross has done a fine job at entertaining us over the years. His show “The Jonathan Ross Show” has gone on for 18 seasons now. He has welcomed a wide range of guests from Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan to Oscar winner Gwyneth Paltrow though the has had its fair share of controversies

At one point in time, it was said that he made $6 million a year. The Camden-born TV presenter’s net value is said to be £30 million ($35 million) as of 2022, a figure earned through his TV shows, hosting career, reality show judge, and advertisements. All in all, it sounds like a very sound portfolio.

Jeremy Clarkson – £59 Million

Earning a staggering amount of $20 million a year, Jeremy Clarkson is said to be worth £59 million. It’s a beautiful twist of fate for the man who hosts “Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?” Clearly, he knows what he is talking about. Clarkson is also a journalist and a broadcaster who has hosted motoring programs “Top Gear” and “The Grand Tour.”

He also has many expensive cars, an understandable interest for a man who made his fortune writing and talking about motors. His collection reportedly includes a Range Rover Autobiography V8, a Mercedes-Benz 600 Grosser LWB, and a Bentley Flying Spur, amongst others.
