William Shatner – 2002 Aston Martin DB7 Volante ($55K)
After he attained fame as Captain James T. Kirk in “Star Trek,” author, actor, and producer William Shatner indulged in something he’s always wanted—to purchase rides of his choice. This 2002 Aston Martin “DB7” Volante is one of them.
Purchased for almost $23K, Shatner described the car as a “jewel of design” and rated it a 12 out of 10. He passed on the Aston Martin at the Palm Beach Barrett-Jackson Auction in April 2016 for $55K. Also a commercial astronaut, Shatner flew to space in 2021, and he was one of the oldest people to do so.
