Even if you don’t follow the news, you likely could have guessed that former Hollywood mega-couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie owned multiple celebrity mansions. Still, even few fans know that the couple owned a French castle worth a mind-boggling $67 million. That’s right!
In case you don’t remember, Jolie and Pitt actually made headlines when, in 2017, the French government ordered them to pay the home’s designer, Odile Soudant, $600,000 for an unpaid lighting job that she completed for the chateau. What lighting job could cost that much? Only bringing natural light to the castle’s 40 bedrooms! Sadly, Odile even went so far so to blame Brangelina for the bankruptcy of her business, Lumières Studio.
