The Most Incredible Celebrity and Star Athlete Mansions From Around The World
From Larry Bird and Bruce Willis to Ron Howard and Dolly Parton, see the most insane celebrity mansions from around the world!

LeBron James & Savannah Brinson – Akron, Estimated $9.2 Million

Lebron James
LeBron James is easily the biggest NBA star currently playing the game. The star cemented his residency in Ohio when he signed a three-year contract with the Clevland Cavaliers in 2016. The deal was worth an unheard of (in basketball) $100 million! On top of his yearly salaries, James’ endorsements have earned him more money than most NBA players make in their entire careers. So how did he spend his money? Well, the athlete went out and bought himself and his wife, Savannah Brinson, a 30,000-square-foot deluxe house.
James picked up the home for $9.2 million, and it includes six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Additionally, it has an aquarium, casino, movie theater, and bowling alley. It’s basically an entire hotel in a home! Of course, there is also a regulation-size basketball court in the backyard. Fun fact, it is one of the most expensive homes in all of Ohio!
Dolly Parton – Brentwood, Tennessee, Estimation Unknown
With incredibly massive hits like “Jolene” and “9 to 5,” as well as a five-decade career, Dolly Parton clearly knows what she’s doing when it comes to the music business! But she also knows what she’s doing in the real estate biz! Over the years, Parton has owned some incredible homes, including a Nashville mansion and beautiful desert bungalow.

Dolly Parton
However, the home Parton most adores is her large estate in Brentwood, a short drive from Nashville, which she has owned since the early ’80s. Fun fact: once upon a time, Marilyn Monroe also owned a mansion in Brentwood. While Parton enjoys her privacy from behind her home’s gates, she has let slip that the home features a recording studio, tennis courts, and pool!
Halle Berry – Hollywood Hills, $4.15 Million
Looking at pictures of actress Halle Berry’s Hollywood home, you might think you were on some quiet island in the Caribbean, not minutes from bustling L.A. Maybe that’s why, unlike other celebrities, Berry did not merely abandon her home when it needed repairs. Instead, she stuck with it, dropping millions on fixes and extensions.

Halle Berry
However, it all paid off! Today, the Mediterranean-style home looks better than ever. It sits on nearly an acre of land and features plenty of open spaces with fresh air and natural light. Plus, with three bedrooms and bathrooms, the house is undoubtedly better for a family, which Berry has, than massive Hollywood parties. However, it still comes with plenty of fancy amenities, like a spa, music studio, and marble throughout the home.
Joanna and Chip Gaines – Crawford, Texas, Estimated $1.2 Million
Joanna and Chip Gaines

If you love home improvement shows, you probably already know, and love, Joanna and Chip Gaines. For those not in the know, the Gaines host the show Fixxer Upper on HGTV. On the show, they help clients find and remodel homes that need some tender care.
Of course, the Gaines’ know how to pick a fixer-upper! After selecting a dilapidated home in Crawford, Texas, just outside of Waco, the couple got to work. The only add-on they did was the master bedroom; everything else was already there! Now, the six-bedroom home looks like an incredible, modern farmhouse. Moreover, the couple completed the whole project for under $1.5 million. That’s a fraction of the cost of most of these celebrity mansions!
Tristan Thompson & Khloe Kardashian – Cleveland, Estimated $1.9 Million
Khloe Kardashian and former hubby Tristian Thompson have quite the house in Cleveland, Ohio, where they spent most of their time. It’s close to the Cleveland Cavaliers stadium, where Thompson plays basketball, and Khloe says she feels “less judged” there.

Tristan Thompson
The 6,000-square-foot home where they lived sits lakeside of Lake Erie and features incredible views. No need for a pool when you live on a lake! It features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, but matches its sprawling design with a laid-back, simple design, befitting its location. However, now that the couple’s recent split, it is unknown who will end up with the house.
Oprah Winfrey – Montecito, California, Estimated $90 Million
When T.V. host and media mogul Oprah Winfrey purchased her deluxe house in 2001, it cost her $50 million. However, the 23,000-square-foot mansion is now worth around $88 million to $90 million as per a 2012 tax assessment.

Oprah Winfrey
The ultra-rich Oprah nicknamed her Montecito, California, home “The Promised Land.” However, it’s just one of the six celebrity mansions she can choose from any time she wishes. Yes, you’ve read that right: six. Initially built in 1912, Oprah’s Neo-Georgian style home features six bedrooms and 14 bathrooms! It also has a gourmet kitchen, a wine cellar, a movie theater, and ten fireplaces. What’s unusual is that Winfrey doesn’t have a swimming pool in her backyard, unlike most celebrity mansions.
Jimmy Kimmel – Hermosa Beach, Estimated $8 Million
When you truly love a location, you don’t just move there yourself – you invite everyone to move there as well! At least, that’s certainly what late-night host and comedian Jimmy Kimmel thinks. Kimmel’s obsession with Hermosa Beach, California, started a few years ago when he purchased the five-bedroom, seven-bath home above for $8 million. Complete with a pool and a walk away from the beach, this home is genuinely a beachcomber’s dream.

Jimmy Kimmel
However, it seems as though Kimmel didn’t just fall in love with the home, but also Hermosa Beach. A year later, he bought a small beach bungalow on the opposite side of town for a little over $2 million. Then, he purchased his sister-in-law a house around the same time for $2.5 million! There must be something in the water!
Pierce Brosnan – Malibu, Estimated $18.7 Million
Many actors have played James Bond, from Sean Connery to Daniel Craig. However, for some, Pierce Brosnan was the best and will remain so. And Brosnan bought his incredible home in Malibu right after starring what most considered to be his best 007 film, GoldenEye.

Pierce Brosnan
The 13,000-foot home features four bedrooms and an incredible 12 bathrooms. However, while that’s all impressive, Brosnan might have something few, if any, other celebrity mansions have. The home features custom, individually hand-made roof tiles, to keep it looking as good as humanly possible. Thankfully, while the 2018 California wildfires came close to Brosnan’s estate, it escaped unharmed.
Leonardo DiCaprio – Belize, Estimated $1.75 Million
Some megastars by mansions or expensive New York apartments with their fortunes. Leonardo DiCaprio, on the other hand, decided to buy an island off the coast of Belize. The island is named Blackadore Caye and is roughly 104-acres in size.

Leonardo DiCaprio
While the island itself cost less than most celebrity mansions, that’s all DiCaprio got: the island. No plumbing, no electricity, no buildings. The actor’s never revealed how much he put into the island, but it’s easily in the millions. However, DiCaprio has a way to make his money back. He’s turning a portion of the island into a residential area and eco-resort. It will feature 36 homes, selling at $5 million each, and 36 resort villas.
Brad Pitt – France, Estimated $67 Million
Even if you don’t follow the news, you likely could have guessed that former Hollywood mega-couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie owned multiple celebrity mansions. Still, even few fans know that the couple owned a French castle worth a mind-boggling $67 million. That’s right!

Brad Pitt
In case you don’t remember, Jolie and Pitt actually made headlines when, in 2017, the French government ordered them to pay the home’s designer, Odile Soudant, $600,000 for an unpaid lighting job that she completed for the chateau. What lighting job could cost that much? Only bringing natural light to the castle’s 40 bedrooms! Sadly, Odile even went so far so to blame Brangelina for the bankruptcy of her business, Lumières Studio.
Tom Cruise – Beverly Hills, Estimated $40 Million
We’re sure Tom Cruise has never suffered a shortage of beds or baths in his previous mansion. That’s because it has a whopping seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms in total! The Beverly Hills property that the Mission: Impossible star recently sold measures 10,000 square feet and has a massive pool in the backyard. It also features a tennis court with immaculate lighting as well as a cool children’s playground. Oh, we almost forgot about the motor court, which gives its residents the view of a lovely fountain.

Tom Cruise
Cruise’s investment paid off since it was sold for $40 million, which is $10.5 million more than what he paid for it.
Rob Gronkowski – Boston, Estimated $2.2 Million
Like New York City, Boston doesn’t have many celebrity mansions to offer to new megastars. So, recently retired New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski settled for a penthouse apartment in the rapidly growing Seaport District.

Rob Gronkowski
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is housed in a building built in 1890, and features exposed original brick and beam work. The apartment also features a living room, office, and spectacular views of the city days and nights from its private balcony. Don’t expect Gronkowski to be spending too much time there, however. Rumor has it that he will be traveling quite a bit next season as a commentator!
Patrick Peterson – Scottsdale, Estimated $2.6 Million
NFL player Patrick Peterson is truly living the high life in his 7,800-square-foot mansion in Scottsdale, Arizona. The cornerback of the Arizona Cardinals splashed out a whopping $2.6 million for the Tuscan-inspired home. Hedged by tall trees and palms, the celebrity home has a guest house, a basketball court, and a lagoon-style pool and spa.

Patrick Peterson
The mansion, valued at $2.6 million, offers all kinds of amenities for the young athlete. These include a library, a gourmet kitchen, and an on-site gym. However, Peterson can undoubtedly afford the luxury and the sizable home insurance premiums, thanks to his multi-million dollar contract with the Cardinals!
Tom Brady – Los Angeles, Estimated $20 Million
Former Patriots, current Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady and his wife, Victoria’s Secret angel Gisele Bundchen, are worth nearly $300 million! So, as you might imagine, they have plenty of incredible homes, around the United States. However, their mansion in California might be the best of them all! The $20 million estate features a master suite with two walk-in closets, perfect for Bundchen’s massive wardrobe, as well as four other bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Tom Brady
Like so many other celebrities mansions, Brady’s house also has plenty of other amenities, including a large kitchen with a wet-bar, wine cellar, library, and, of course, a private gym. Plus, what celebrity mansion would be complete without a perfect pool and patio?
Tiger Woods – Florida, Estimated $54.4 Million
After a string of golf tournament wins and various endorsements, Tiger Woods remains one of the highest-paid athletes in the world. In fact, he’s also considered one of the greatest athletes of all time, currently making a comeback. And so, as expected, the golf star can splurge on celebrity mansions! Which is precisely what he did when he found a luxury house for sale in Florida.

Tiger Woods
Woods spent $54.5 million on this Jupiter Island waterfront mansion. The 9,700-square-foot home features an elevator, a tennis court, an oxygen therapy room, a fitness room, and boat docks. The house also features, of course, a four-hole golf course that Tiger can use to practice the world’s oldest sport.
Charles Barkley – Texas, Estimated $800,000
Many of you will remember Charles Barkley from his days as a great basketball player. However, he’s also had a successful second career as an investor. In fact, Barkley’s done very well for himself! Most recently, he became one of many former NBA stars to invest in the Alabama Futures Fund, which will further invest in companies in Alabama working in high growth areas.

Charles Barkley
While Barkley often invests in companies from Alabama, his home state, he has lived in Texas for some time. There, he found a beautiful, four-bedroom, three-bathroom house in the exclusive New Territory community. The 17,000-square-foot home featured a hot tub, pool, and home theater. A quality investor, Barkley sold the house for a profit in 2002.
LeBron James & Savannah Brinson – Akron, Estimated $9.2 Million
LeBron James is easily the biggest NBA star currently playing the game. The star cemented his residency in Ohio when he signed a three-year contract with the Clevland Cavaliers in 2016. The deal was worth an unheard of (in basketball) $100 million! On top of his yearly salaries, James’ endorsements have earned him more money than most NBA players make in their entire careers. So how did he spend his money? Well, the athlete went out and bought himself and his wife, Savannah Brinson, a 30,000-square-foot deluxe house.

Lebron James
James picked up the home for $9.2 million, and it includes six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Additionally, it has an aquarium, casino, movie theater, and bowling alley. It’s basically an entire hotel in a home! Of course, there is also a regulation-size basketball court in the backyard. Fun fact, it is one of the most expensive homes in all of Ohio!
Kobe Bryant – Newport Beach, $15 Million
At one point, basketball star Kobe Bryant owned three houses, in total worth more than $20 million, throughout Orange County, just south of Los Angeles. However, over time he downsized, selling the two smaller homes and keeping his larger mansion to raise his family.

Kobe Bryant
The 14,500-square-foot, $15 million home had everything a basketball legend could desire in a mansion: pool, home theater, multi-car garage, six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and, of course, a two-level sports complex, complete with a full-sized basketball court. Unfortunately, Bryant passed away in 2020 after a helicopter crash not far from his Newport Beach home, in Calabasas. Currently, it is unknown whether his family is planning to keep the house or not.
Christiano Ronaldo – Manchester, $4.24 Million
Like many star athletes, Christiano Ronaldo’s owned multiple celebrity mansions over his time. After all, when you get traded often, you move around a lot. And as one of the world’s premier soccer players, Ronaldo’s traveled quite a bit. The footballer’s latest home is a five-bedroom beauty located in Manchester, where he recently played.

Christiano Ronaldo
Like any good mansion, it also features a large swimming pool, and hot tub and spa. However, the amenities don’t end there. The home also houses a game room and in-house movie theater! Unfortunately, Ronaldo had to sell the mansion recently, after being traded yet again. Lately, he’s been eyeing an even larger estate on the coast of Italy, which would become a home base for any team he eventually went to.
David & Victoria Beckham – Beverly Hills, Estimated $33 Million
Football star David Beckham and his wife, former Spice Girl Victoria, have been upping their real-estate game recently. They’ve bought and sold multiple celebrity mansions, including their old Beverly Hills home.

David & Victoria Beckham
The 11,500-square-foot six-bedroom, the ten-bathroom abode was first acquired by the Beckhams in 2007 for $18.2 million. The home also features a swimming pool and multiple living rooms! The Beckham family lived in this place when David played for the U.S. football team L.A. Galaxy. An unnamed buyer, a Delaware-based corporation, bought the Tuscan-inspired Mediterranean home in late October 2018. The price? A whopping $33 million!
Larry Bird – Naples, Florida, $4.6 Million
After growing up in a rough and impoverished childhood, Larry Bird managed to become one of the NBA’s biggest stars. A member of the Boston Celtics for most of his career, Bird earned three championships, was crowned NBA MVP once, and also won a gold medal during the 1992 Olympics! Needless to say, when Bird retired in 2001, he had plenty of money to build his dream home.

Larry Bird
After retiring, Bird and his wife, Dinah, built the house of their dreams in Naples, Florida. The incredible four-bedroom, five-bathroom property has a dock for boats and even a movie theater inside! Most recently, the all-star basketballer had his home evaluated for $4.6 million!
Michael Jordan & Yvette Prieto – Chicago, Estimated $14.9 Million
Michael Jordan is perhaps the most famous basketball player of all time, winning dozens of awards during his career. Along the way, he also became the first NBA player to make a billion dollars. Of course, over time, Jordan’s just continued to increase his worth with endorsements with brands like Hanes.

Michael Jordan
Jordan’s former Highland Park retreat is currently for sale, for the low, low price of $14.9 million. The 56,000-square-foot custom-built living space boasts a regulation-sized basketball gym (of course), a tennis court, circular infinity pool, cigar room, and front gates emblazoned with his playing number, 23. Like many other celebrities with massive mansions, Jordan found it hard to sell the home. Few have that cash lying around! His previous home has been on and off the market since February 2012 and was initially priced at $29 million.
