Things swiftly escalated, with Van Dyke obtaining his own TV program, the popular “Dick Van Dyke Show,” in the early ’60s.

Following the success of his TV program, Van Dyke went on to feature in films such as “Mary Poppins,” “The Comic,” and “Bye Bye Birdie.” The Disney legend has received many accolades, including several Wall of Fame stars, a Tony, a Grammy, and five Primetime Emmy awards.
