Alive And Shining: The World’s Oldest Golden Age Stars That Will Be Remembered Forever

Richard Dean Anderson – Born In 1950 – MacGyver

While it may feel like a century earlier, actor Richard Dean Anderson rose to prominence as a youngster on one of the lengthiest soap operas of all time, “General Hospital.” Of course, he succeeded in winning many women’s souls, so it’s no wonder that ABC hired him as the lead protagonist in the ’80s smash show “MacGyver.”

It was such a huge success that it generated two theatrical features! Anderson’s winning run continued into the ’90s when he became a part of the classic hit sci-fi show “Stargate.” Anderson’s career has reduced since the show finished in 2010, although he still takes on a few roles here and there.
