In the ’70s, she appeared in films such as “The Manchurian Candidate,” all leading up to her most famous hit, the ’80s mystery drama “Murder, She Wrote.”

Surprisingly, despite serving her golden years, Lansbury still performs and starred in the 2021 documentary “Broadway: Beyond the Golden Age.” The actress has gained many accolades under her belt, including honourary awards, six Golden Globes, and five Tony awards.
