June Lockhart – Born In 1925 – Lost in Space

The two-time Emmy award nominee, June Lockhart, was best known for her roles in several TV series in the ’50s and ’60s. She first drew recognition when she appeared in the ’60s projects “Lassie” and “Lost in Space.” She became much more well-known after appearing in the early ’70s production “Petticoat Junction.”

Lockhart also became a Broadway sensation, eventually receiving a Tony Award for her role in 1993 film “For Love or Money.” The talented actress is still strong enough to play some roles, and she did feature in the popular 2019 film “Bongee Bear and the Kingdom of Rhythm.”
