Jason Segel from “How I Met Your Mother” has always been a fan favorite. It’s no wonder many fans were excited to learn about his dramatic weight loss. As it turns out, he didn’t lose the weight of his own volition, but he did so because he had to get in shape for his role in the movie “Sex Tape.”
According to him, he started doing exercises and eating healthier foods to achieve his aim. While he didn’t disclose the exact amount of weight he lost, he did look nothing like his usual self in the movie. Speaking of movies, Segel was cast in one titled “Windfall” in 2022.
