Over the years, she dedicated multiple episodes of her hit talk show to her weight loss struggles and solution. However, it seemed like nothing worked for an extended period. Finally, in 2015, Oprah shared a solution that really worked when she became a spokesperson for – and large stockholder of – Weight Watchers.

Oprah also says it helps to have a goal in mind. Her goal? She told People Magazine that she wanted her partner of 30-years, Stedman Graham, to be able to carry her to their pool! She also revealed to the people that she’s already lost 30 pounds!

Jessica Simpson – 100 Pounds Lost

There was a time when Jessica Simpson was the poster woman for incredible looking pop stars. On their plan, she lost 20 pounds!

“It was explained to me before I did [Trainwreck] that if you weigh over 140 pounds as a woman in Hollywood and you’re on the screen, it will hurt people’s eyes.
