Grace Jones – 1948
Die US-Amerikanerin mit jamaikanischen Wurzeln Grace Jones startete ihre Karriere als Modell und schaffte es innerhalb kürzester zu einem der gefragtesten Models ihrer Generation zu werden. So war Grace auf zahlreichen Magazin-Covern, in Print-Anzeigen, und nicht zuletzt auch auf den Laufstegen dieser zusehen. Über das Modellen kam sie dann schließlich auch zum Film und übernahm Rollen in Blockbuster-Filmen wie “Conan der Barbar“, “Wolf Girl“ und “James Bond: A View to a Kill“.
Beim Modellen und Schauspielerin blieb es aber nicht. Grace Jones wollte mehr und heute fokussierte sie sich vor allem auf ihre musikalische Karriere, die nicht weniger erfolgreich ist.. Grace überzeugt einfach egal in welchem Bereich mit ihrem unverwechselbaren Look und Stil, den sie auch heute noch bei ihren Auftritten auf der Bühne zeigt.
