Nadja Abd El Farrags Fernsehkarriere startete nicht etwa als Moderatorin, Sängerin oder Schauspielerin. Nein, die in Hamburg geborene und sudanische Wurzeln habende “Naddel” schaffte es in Deutschland vor allem durch ihre Beziehung mit Poptitan und DSDS-Chefjuror Dieter Bohlen zu medialer Aufmerksamkeit. Zwar hielt die Beziehung zu Bohlen nicht lange,
Nadja konnte den Trubel um ihre Person aber nutzen, um darauf aufbauend selbst eine Fernsehkarriere hinzulegen. So war sie vor allem in Reality-Formaten wie “Ich bin ein Star – holt mich hier raus” oder “Big Brother” zu sehen. Daneben veröffentlichte sie aber auch ein Buch über ihre Zeit an der Seite von Dieter Bohlen.
