- 1 can (14 ounces/400 grams) of diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Preparing the Tofu

- Drain the tofu and gently press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the tofu into small cubes and set aside.

Cooking the Orzo

- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water and cook the orzo according to the package instructions.
- Once cooked, drain the orzo and set it aside.
