If you have never been, Roswell has built an entire industry around the frequent UFO sightings. It all stems back to the infamous 1947 “Roswell Incident,” and a few decades later, McDonald’s also got in on the game. In Downtown Roswell, the fast-food giant built a location at an “Unofficial Crash Site” that looks just like an alien spaceship! The playroom even has toy flying rockets inside!

Are you looking for something your kids will love as much as you? Well, how about a supersized Happy Meal? In Dallas, Texas, along Montfort Drive, stands one of the largest McDonald’s in the world and one of the most interesting. The company built it to look exactly like a massive version of their kids’ meals! Inside, it’s even more bizarre: inside, you can find Ralph Lauren wallpaper, granite floors, mahogany booths, and even Austrian crystal chandeliers. That’s right!

The Oldest McDonald’s

Welcome to the oldest McDonald’s location in the world! You can check it out in Downey, California. However, it’s not the first location in the fast-food giant’s history. Sadly, the original McDonald’s site does not exist anymore, though it once stood in San Bernardino, California. Meanwhile, the Downey spot opened back in 1953 and even contains the retired McDonald’s mascot “Speedee” out front. The location has become a museum of sorts, as well as a working restaurant, including all the old-school aesthetics of the ’50s – even the uniforms! Certainly worth checking out!

America’s ‘Most Beautiful’ McDonald’s

Located in New Hyde Park, New York, this McDonald’s has been defined as the “most beautiful” in the world. And it’s not hard to see why! Located in a Georgian mansion built back in 1795, it’s probably the most beautiful fast food restaurant in the entire world, period. It also has quite the history. When McDonald’s first bought the house, the company wanted to destroy it and build a usual location on the spot. However, locals simply would not have it!

Ultimately, thanks to citizens’ demands, McDonald’s invested a few million dollars in restoring it. Now, it’s one of the most elegant places on Earth where you can order some French Fries. While the burgers taste the same here, the home has original details and amazing scenery coming along with the food!
